Opening times and contact information during the state of emergency in Tokyo

Based on the emergency declaration in Tokyo that was issued by the Japanese government as a countermeasure against the novel coronavirus, we have decided to have our employees work from home as of April 8, 2020.

As a result, at certain times there will be no employees in the office.

Since we have already introduced telecommuting for some of our departments, we will continue to operate as usual. You can also rest assured that the quality of our work and processing of confidential information will not be affected.

During the emergency, we cannot accept phone calls. Therefore, please send your inquires by e-mail.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Our office hours are as usual, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays, and we will respond to your email inquiries within one business day.
